SpringHill Suites by Marriott Baton Rouge Gonzales

The breakfast was great and the staff were very courteous and accommodating. The manager Mary offered to fill our ice bucket when I asked where the ice machine was. I really appreciated that!

Rooms were nice and location for family visit, shopping good. Room rates more expensive than expected, but other facilities we've stay at in that area were booked. Apparently, a Soccer tournament was held that weekend in the area. We had to ask for Kleenex tissues, shower gel, regular coffee and cups. I had to put plastic garbage bags in the cans as were draped over side of cans. Will think twice before stay here again! Disappointed in Marriott!

The exterior was very clean and the lobby, bar area, breakfast area was extremely clean and smelled great! the workout room looks nice but the pool was closed.

Pool! Employees very friendly!!
